Bio:

Troy Colt began his career with a controversial start, attacking the referee and manager during his first match, which cost him the win. Despite this rocky beginning, he set a goal: to win a championship. The new year was challenging for Colt. His first chance to earn a title came in a triple threat ladder match for the FSW King of the Ladders championship at Sink or Swim. Unfortunately, Colt came up short as defending champion Alex Storm retained, with former champion The Spartan also competing. In the following weeks, Colt kept striving but kept falling short.

Determined, Colt focused on Hiro Akira's CWX Television championship, which Akira had been dominating since winning it from Eddie Nitro at CWX Pain. Colt entered a Fatal 4-Way to earn a shot at the Mountain Man at Camamania V. Luck was on his side when Smokie Joe’s disastrous decision to attack an opponent rather than break the cover allowed Colt to secure his spot at the Grandest Stage Of Them All.

At Camamania, Colt had an unprecedented night, competing in three matches. He lost to Josh Freeman in a high-energy bout, was the first eliminated in a triple-threat for the Triple-Crown championship, and faced his biggest challenge: the Mountain Man. Starting 0-2, Colt was determined to end strong. In a gruelling 16-minute battle, he performed a Colt Slam on the over 300-pound Akira, pinning him to claim the championship and end Hiro Akira's reign.

As champion, Colt dominated, defending his title regularly and earning a reputation as a fighting champion. This led to many opportunities for the young upstart, including joining GBW and a spot in the 2023 King of Judgement tournament, where he went on a dominant run in said tournament, defeating former champions along the way to the final.

His reign was threatened when Nitro, having already lost twice to Colt, first in a King Of Judgement match and then a title match on a previous episode of CWX, invoked his rematch clause and challenged Colt at Revolution. Colt accepted.

At Revolution, Colt competed in multiple matches for two titles. He first won the Triple-Crown championship from Tornado Toby in a barn-burner of a match, and the first of many matches the two would fight each other in for the latter half of 2023, becoming a double champion. Then, in a fierce match with Nitro, both exchanged finishers with many kickouts. Despite fighting earlier that night and being exhausted, Colt retained his Television title, walking out with two championships in a legendary night.

In the following weeks, Colt maintained his winning streak. He continued as a double champion until he vacated the CWX Television title to focus on defending the Triple-Crown. He closed out 2023 with three successful defences against Tornado Toby, including two on PPV, which would occur at Rebellion and Winter TitleLand, ending the year on a high.

In 2024, as CWE underwent ownership changes, Colt was in the spotlight. He defended his title at Camamania VI against Eddie Nitro but was later stripped of the title when new management took over. This led Colt to leave CWE, pursuing new opportunities and ending his hall-of-fame-worthy run on a high note.
