Bio:

Tornado Toby made his debut in March 2023 on LAW, where he won his match against Double H. A couple of weeks later, he challenged Double H for the Hardcore Championship in his first title match since debuting. In a surprising turn of events, Toby defeated Double H to claim the title. He successfully defended the championship against Alex Storm at Armageddon. Following this, Toby and Storm teamed up to face the then-LAW Tag Champions, Cameron and Alex Storm of GBW, but they were unsuccessful in that effort.

The two competitors had a rematch the following week inside a Steel Cage, where Toby managed to retain his title, besting Storm for the second time.

As June approached, Tornado Toby was entered into a Triple Threat match to determine the Number One contender for the LAW Global Championship at Camamania V. Unfortunately, Toby did not win this match, as his old rival Alex Storm earned the right to challenge Cameron for the championship instead.

Tornado Toby's dreams of going to Camamania were not dashed, however. As he would take his Hardcore title to the grandest stage of them all to defend against Raven, successfully retaining it. Later that same event, he competed in another match for the Triple-Crown championship. Toby put on an impressive performance, eliminating both of his opponents to win his second-ever title, just hours after retaining the Hardcore title. Leaving 'Mania with two championships to his name.

However, he ultimately gave up the Hardcore title when he moved to FSW. Fortunately, he was able to keep his Triple-Crown championship, as it was a multi-brand title. At Revolution, he defended the Triple-Crown against Troy Colt. Despite an incredible back-and-forth match, Toby ultimately lost the Triple-Crown to Colt.

Tornado Toby, feeling undervalued in his company after losing his Triple-Crown title, decided to join DBW. This team consisted of former GBW members and rebels who believed that GBW had become too powerful and needed to be eliminated by any means necessary. Toby also aimed to challenge for the Hardcore Championship again, this time under the FSW banner, since LAW had closed its doors. Although it was initially supposed to be Troy Colt in the title picture, he was taken out by Cameron, who was wearing the full GBW Warpaint. Cameron swiftly demolished him in the ring, leading to Toby's heightened desire for revenge.

The rivalry escalated to the point where it required more than just a regular cage match. Instead, they engaged in the first-ever War Games match series, where the two factions would compete, and the losing faction of both matches would disband permanently. Unfortunately for Tornado Toby and his team, they came up short, as did the second team led by Dallas Myers, leading to the disbandment of DBW.

The remainder of 2023 was relatively uneventful for Toby, as he attempted to challenge Troy Colt for the Triple-Crown Championship three more times. Two of these attempts occurred during the last pay-per-view events of the year, but he was unsuccessful on all fronts.

In 2024, Toby’s situation did not improve much, particularly during a regime change in CWE. Over the course of six documented matches, he lost the majority. Before he could fully witness the new management take power, Tornado Toby quietly decided to leave CWE.
