El Dragon, before coming to CWE, was a prominent fixture on the Mexican, Japanese, and American Indie scenes
He made an one-time appearance in CPW, where he would face off against Eddie Nitro on their first ever show. He may have lost his match, however he made a strong impression. After CWE bought the CPW company, El Dragon would sign with the company, where he is set to make his debut on CWE: The Grand Return.
